Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical installations and maintenance in various construction projects, including power plants, water plants, and data centers. The ideal candidate will manage on-site electrical teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and deliver projects on time while traveling to various locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical construction projects from planning through execution across multiple sites.
- Manage and coordinate activities of electrical teams, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Review and approve electrical design plans and specifications for construction projects.
- Provide training and support to on-site electrical staff as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in industrial construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems in power plants, water plants, and data centers.
- Ability to travel frequently to various project sites as required.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and construction best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
